Geographic Names Information System layer is updated
NRIS has updated the Geographic Names Information System (GNIS) GIS layer available through the Montana GIS Portal (
http://gisportal.mt.gov) with the latest data available from the U.S. Board of Geographic Names. Please see
http://nris.mt.gov/nsdi/nris/gnis.html for more information and a link to the data set.
