The Library's collection addresses subjects relevant to the Public Service Commission's regulatory duties and functions. Subject areas include transportation, motor carriers, pipeline carriers, electric power, telecommunications, water and sewer services, utility regulation and natural gas. The Library contains legal sources, texts, periodicals and special articles and studies on many of these subjects.
The Library is open to the public but is not a lending library. Special arrangements can be made for any person who needs extended access to any of the Library's resources.
